新红宝类型，中晚熟，开花至成熟35天左右，是新红宝、富宝类西瓜的继代品种，它克服了前者白绿皮的缺陷，果实越大皮色越漂亮，果肉不再生硬，口感滑润，含糖量12°左右，单果重15－30斤，最大果特殊管理具138斤潜力。 

Shen Lv Da Wang 
    It is a late ripe watermelon variety belonged and substituted to Xin Hong Bao and Fu Bao types. The fruit can be heavested in about 35 days after flowering. This variety overcomes the disadvantages of white green skin for former ones, with characteristics of large fruit, beautiful skin color, tasty pulp and good taste. The sugar content is about 12*. Each melon weighs 7.5-15 kg, and the largest fruit has the potentiality to reach 69 kg under specific managements.
